TLX prides itself on the use and creation of in-house manufactured custom electrical coils that are engineered and tailored to specifically meet your needs. A variety of coils utilizing techniques including: encapsulation / over-molding, epoxy potting, custom cable assemblies, PCB mounts and coils combined within various peripheral assemblies to match up with your specific needs, can be supplied in volumes from 100 to tens of thousands.

The processes of encapsulation / over-molding and potting, provides protection for a coil from environmental conditions that could potentially damage the components. Hazards of conditions such as moisture, corrosive chemicals, mechanical impact, vibration, high temperature, abrasion and thermal shocks can all be significantly reduced by protecting the coil via potting or encapsulation.

Circuit board mounted coils enable TLX Technologies to provide you with a product tailor made for high speed assembly equipment or, if you desire, TLX Technologies can also offer this service to provide a turnkey product or entire assembly to you.

TLX has particular experience in designing and manufacturing coils for high temperature applications. Some of our products routinely withstand temperatures of 600°F, (300°C). TLX's high temperature coils are optimal for situations that often reach and sustain high temperatures including different applications in the automotive, motorcycle and agricultural industries.
