TLX routinely works with customers to integrate other functions or components into the overall solenoid package. These can range from simple mounting brackets to complex control electronics. As an example, the integration of the electro-mechanical portion of a solenoid into a fluid valve assembly can significantly reduced size and cost while improving performance. These types of integrations also increase reliability by packaging the unit as one assembly and even allow for easier assembly into the final product. If required, these products can also be packaged into manifold assemblies to further condense the product and associated assembly cost.

Taken a step further, TLX can provide electronic control packages that are encapsulated into the solenoid or valve assembly or provide complete stand alone controls for the component as required. We are also well versed in wireless controls and can provide power supplies, drivers, fobs and even software for remote operations.
